Lily is a Princess in London England (1500's) She is harassed and hurt my Nana, her guardian.
Her parents, Queen Adela and King Charles love her, but can't take care of her because they are busy tending to their duties.
Nana is mean to her and doesn't let Lily decide for anything herself. Lily runs away multiple times. Her parents are worried,
but Nana finds her all times, except once. She runs away to her boyfriend's castle in Ireland. While there, Nana takes over the throne and locks Lily's parent's up in the dungeon, betraying her country. Lily's parents are ashamed that they didn't get to spend more time with Lily. Lily is in Ireland and meets a girl named Ella, who soon becomes her best friend. Her boyfriend, Edric asks her to marry him and she accepts. Can Lily find out what happened to her parents while she is so far away? Will she find out how Nana betrayed her country?

He is absolutely amazing, but something is off, but Aaron doesn't pay attention to it. But at the end of the day his superior pairs him up with the mysterious Alexander, much to Aaron's dismay. Alexandra has to keep her gender a secret or she could be killed, but with her job as dangerous as it is she could be killed anyway. Aaron gets more and more suspicious of his silent partner and tries to do everything he can to try to make him reveal his secret, but 'Alexander' thwarts him every single time. I don't recommend reading this if you want a well written story! It's in dire need of some serious editing! Can you really leave your past behind you? Can you lock it away, in the darkest recesses of your mind? Or will it always be there, hiding in the shadows, waiting to pounce? When Lily moved to London from Wales, she thought that it would be a fresh start. But her problems just seem to follow her wherever she goes. Silently struggling to come to terms with the situation surrounding her parents' death, Lily hopes that finding a job and being independent will help her to get the courage she needs to move on. But things can never stay "just good", her demons from the past will always try to rear their ugly heads, ready to pounce when Lily least expects it. When it all becomes too much, Lily doesn't know if she will lay down and take it or fight to the death.
