Kenji Kane had gift...a gift that at times he felt it was cursed, he did when he was 9. But there was a association of people who could do what he could do, he may have not been able to help people in the past but now 20 years later as a school nurse/councilor he decides to help others who cant deal with these type of monsters.
He gets to decide which monsters get to continue on living and the ones who get to leave the world, but one day something happens and secret come to light that was hidden for at least 80 years.
