Cap & The Commander

Captain America is on the run. While hiding out he finds himself in Boston and at a small bistro he observes a Coast Guard Commander sitting alone in full uniform and nursing a vodka tonic. He had no logical reason to approach her but after months of being on the run it was the act of a lonely man.
Commander Maria Teresa Garcia sat alone with 20 years under her belt at the Coast Guard, she was at a crossroads. She'd come to celebrate alone and never expected him to sit down across from her. Steve Rogers. Hero. Outlaw. Not to her or millions of people worldwide. So what does she do, she gives him shelter and a place to refocus and plan his next move. Duty. Justice. Soldiers.
