Sam seriously doubts they can handle the task his brother has taken on, but he's doing his best to be supportive. Castiel wants blood. He wants to rip every human that crosses his path into pieces, and he wants these two humans in particular to stop lying and trying to trick him with false niceties and so-called kindness.
