  Team Flash is dealing with "Who's Savitar" situation and then suddenly a new character named "Brennan Colfer" aka "Moultis" arrives and tries to help them but in a really weird way...

This story is based on the flash dctv season 3. It's mostly in scripted form but sometimes there will be some thoughts and details when it's needed.
