It is the year 3045 and people are creating human-weapons for the military. Street children are taken to the orphanage and are chosen by military leaders who take the children back to the bases where scientists experiment on them everyday. So far no children have ever survived the experiments until Eden, who is born out from his dead mother. This is his story and fight for freedom.

You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first.
