Stories of a Worker

A random smattering of stories involving my characters. There won't really be a plot or anything, just short snippets of their lives. I'm just doing it for fun, but comments and such are appreciated.

Characters:
Spencer: An office worker whose life turned around when he adopted a girl from the streets. Ambition-less due to his job and upbringing, he's now relearning to see the colors of the world again
Emily: A mute girl that was picked up my Spencer and is working with him to live a normal life.
Katwa: Spencer's co-worker, she's extremely aloof and shy. Moonlights as a bartender of the Last Light Bar, although she's not very good at it, and doesn't want people to know. Moved in with Alice after the two started dating.
Alice: Bartender of the Last Light Bar, she loves to talk and do tricks, to either the amusement or annoyance of her patrons. Lives with Katwa and Gillian.
Gillian: Owner of the Last Light Bar, he's the one keeping Alice in check. Is subject to Alice's many antics at home and at work.
