Whilst investigating the death of a local , a Brave High School Student called Jackson Bloggs uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, ripped book circulating throughout Virginia. As soon as anyone uses the book, he or she has exactly 15 days left to live.The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look mirrored. A marked person feels like a slimy frog to touch.Jackson gets hold of the book, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a scheming cat balancing on a quiet , an old newspaper headline about an unfortunate accident, a hooded dog ranting about hands and a drinking well located in a dull place.When Jackson notices his feet have frog-like properties, he realises that the curse of the ripped book is true and calls in his fearless, a College Student called Isabella , to help.Isabella examines the book and willingly submits herself to the curse. She finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. She finds the scheming cat balancing on a quiet particularly chilling. She joins the queue for a supernatural death.Jackson and Isabella pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded dog. Each year, on the night of the first new moon, he returns to the houses he has marked, drags anybody inside-guilty or not-out into the forest, never to be seen again. MC initially refused to believe in paranormal phenomena, but as time went on, inexplicable catastrophes began to occur. The faceless individual attacked Jessy, threatened Cleo's mother in a letter, and painted a red raven symbol on Richy's garage. Jake and MC continue their investigation into Hannah's disappearance because it appears that no harm has been done until Richy was attacked by the man without a face in the woods and was bleeding. What will MC do after that? "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."
