Sneak Peek:
As she makes her way to the front doors, she swivels to take one last look at the beautiful building, knowing it will soon meet its demise. Swiftly, Robin makes her way across the parking lot to the two cars she'd eyed before entering the bank. They've made good shields before, and they would work this time - she was sure. She ducked down between them and glanced at her watch. Tick, tick, tick... It stopped and she prepared for the impact of heat, but none came. She turned to look towards the bank, fearing she'd failed. Without warning, the building exploded and Robin scrambled to turn the other way. She could feel the heat on her back and allowed herself to take in the moment; the smell of the burning building, the shadow the cars left on the grass lit up by flames, the flapping of the birds escaping the nearby trees, and the... whistle?
