Once long ago in the kingdom of Camelot, the once-great King Arthur ruled alongside his beloved queen Guinevere and his half-sister Morgana. The king and queen believed that the kingdom would prosper for a thousand years with the aid of the wizard Merlin. However, Morgana knew better than to put her faith blindly in Merlin. She vowed to save her people even if it meant Camelot must be destroyed.

Upon her greatest moment when Morgana's victory was all but certain, her half-brother dead at her feet and the queen lay dying. The queen mustard all her remaining strength and plunged Excalibur into the sorceress' heart. As Morgana's life drifted into the aether she vowed to one day return to fulfill her vow to save her people.

Centuries later our world has known peace. A fragile and unstable peace, but peace nonetheless. However, that peace will not last.
