After a disastrous climb up Half Dome in Yosemite, California -Eoin finds himself taken to a different world than the one he was born into. It's a place of fantasy. Where creatures like elves and fae live. It is also a place that holds a deep, brutal history.

As an outsider, it is quite possibly the last place someone like Eoin should be. Yet, there could be a reason for his arrival.

Eoin finds himself in the midst of a civil war between the most unlikely of things. Dragons. A race of human-looking beings who can take the form of true dragons. Yet, their heated war is perhaps the most deadly thing to encounter. Dragons are powerful, almost god-like and many of the brethren have proven that they cannot be allowed to run free with their immense powers.

Yet, in the middle of such chaos, Eoin finds himself in the arms of a particularly powerful dragon. And the crown prince no less: Nakiirn. Despite the safety Nakiirn provides, the dangers that abound eventually sneak their way past the draconic protector and straight for the vulnerable human a long way from home.

It all happened one day. You opened your eyes to a blue sky and green grass as far as the eye could see, animals here and there walking about. It was all so peaceful, the sun and wind against your skin, coercing you to get out there and explore, mine that tree, build a pickaxe, kill those mobs. You were taken in by a village and raised there before everything was taken away from you. You learned a valuable lesson that night: that this world can be cruel. But... even then, it's your world. You grow because of what you endure, you build your muscle by tearing it. You can do whatever you want. You can choose to be cruel or not. You decided what you wanted to be when you spared that PIGLIN BRUTE, a hostile creature that was unable of comprehending emotions, a creature that only knew cruelty, A MERE NPC. Little did you know, because you spared that piglin, your life would never be the same again. This is your world, and you changed it, you will leave your impact. You are in control, and you will keep fighting through dirt, sand, and snow; through the deepest oceans and the hottest pits of lava; and across the Overworld and Nether. You will SURVIVE. Incent, a young hunter, is thrown into a dark and terrible job by his King. He is asked to assassinate a Prince from a neighbouring Kingdom. Knowing that he has only one year left of being a hunter, he wants to put every bit of himself into the given deed, however, he finds himself doubting himself and his goals. Humans aren't his only worry though. Incent lives in a world where demons walk among them and being a hunter means he must exterminate them. But could he exterminate a living human for his King? And what happens when his victim becomes far too interesting to remove from his life? Highest Ranking: #160 in Fantasy Excerpt: "The talisman was a long, curved piece of gold, inlaid with small diamonds along the edges. It was almost like a boomerang, except it was smaller and had ornate carvings of old Pagan runes on it that could, unfortunately, no longer be read by any man or woman still walking on Earth. Par quickly picked up everything that had fallen out of his bag before he threw it on his back saying "grab on," and extended his hand towards mine. I rolled my eyes at his dramatic speech and took his offered hand." *This wonderful cover was created by @holmesfapel - check out the stories there too!!!
