Far Away in a Galaxy different from ours, there exist a planet Called Armth Bulat. The planet is peaceful and constantly building civilization faster than anyone can imagine. The people of the planet are called "Serenities". Each person or "Serenity" lives in one of the 12 major capitals with their own set of rules.
