Romen and Rose. Rose is an independent girl but doesn't take crap from other people. Romen is an independent bad boy that is pretty well knows around, although Rose doesn't know him, which catches his attention.

ROSE POV:

Heading to another store, my steps falter as I rummage through my purse in search for a piece of gum. Someone calls someone's name out, but I ignore it, staying on task.

Growing a bit frustrated, my search was abruptly halted when a hard shoulder bumps against mine, where pain shot up, and my footing looses its balance before I quickly caught myself.

"Watch it," Comes a bitter reply.

Oh my god.

Ignoring the fact that he had an accent, I collected myself and brushed my palms onto my shirt. "I'm sorry."

"You should be." If it wasn't for the sneer on his pretty face, and judgement in his grey eyes, I'd have brushed past him and call it a day.

If he's not going to play nice, neither will I.

I stick my chin up and try to level his eyes although he was a head or two taller. "I wasn't watching where I was going, but that doesn't mean you need to give me an attitude. Maybe next time you should watch it."

His eyes widened from shock and at one last chance to send my message across, I bumped his shoulder with mine while passing him this time.

What an idiot.

He scoffed and my lips tugged.
