This is about the story of Carlito Toady "Tod" Ferrer jr. who were in love with his long time bestfriend, Lyzel Calidad "Caly" Baltazar, who later developed HIV. Despite of Caly's condition, Tod still gave in. He was infected but his condition is way more severe because of his poor health. Both of them struggled as they tried to live in the world with a different view. Together with each other, they tried to overcome everything they could do to survive.
