Olivia Ziegler is a 16 year old teenage girl. She lives in obx and she is a kook. Her parents both passed away when she was little. She lives with her grandparents.
She liked the pogues even tho she wasn't really supposed to. She especially liked jj he was so fun to be around. Then you have the kook prince aka rafe. He was hot but he annoyed the living crap out of her. He was just so cocky all the time plus he's a player.

She needs to make a choice pogue or kook.
