Party of One is something I have been working on a while, however only now am I trying to publish it. Now on with a short trailer: 
" Laurel is a timid 14 year old girl, ostracized by her peers for being less fortunate. Her home life is very different, as she was emancipated after a family emergency, although she seems to handle it well. One day she visits her childhood home, which had been abandoned, but was marked as the scene of a crime, and it was going to be fenced soon by local authorities, no one to go in or out. Laurel stumbles around and finds herself taking things she never got to bring with her on her journey, one of which being a record. Now that she knows that there is another person who understands her secret better than anyone else, would she have the ability to stay away from him? Would he stay away her to keep her safe?
