Don't think anyone would read this so there isn't really a point in writing a description but just in case-

This story shall contain the wonderful ✨RusAme✨ but that isn't the main thing for this. No sir! This story shall be one about a certain red and white country and another blue, white, and red country.

In other words this story shall be about North Korea and Canada. Taking the perspctive from both these characters to see the same situation interpreted by two cmpletely different people(?). What's the siuation ? Read to find out :)
