Head was cut open, alcohol found in his breath, the police pronounced him dead, in intoxication. Clean death, case closed......or is it?
Meet Kris Ledger, she's 20 and, a young recruit for the FBI and she's been following a ghost, a strand of murders, they have no connections that she can find. People just disappear and are never heard from again, alive.
