Rule one: all things are decided by the Majority. All votes will be counted during the set time limit after the last posed chapter. To place your vote leave a comment on the chapter. Once votes are counted the results are final and the outcome can't be changed.
Rule two: you can't force a subject to your will. As observers you can't force any subject to act a specific way. Your power is in the ability to choose outcomes or events to affect Daily life. Options will be listed in A, B, C, etc. only the listed options can be counted as a vote.
Rule three: this world is yours. My role is to serve as a historian. I will only write the result of your choices. It will be you who decides what the final outcome will be.
