When a dangerous meta-human called Recall who has the ability to remember everything goes on a rampage through Central City Earth-1, Harrison Wells A.K.A Reverse Flash uses his brain and speed to create time loops with only him and Barry remembering the past events. With all the time in the world and without consequence Barry Allen can now do what he felt like he couldn't do before.
Taking place sometime around Season 1
