With all the time in the world and without consequence Barry Allen can now do what he felt like he couldn't do before.
Taking place sometime around Season 1
Inspired by Bill Murray's Groundhog Day, Tom Cruise Edge of Tomorrow, and the Stargate SG-1 episode Window of Opportunity.
