Ivy is the leader of a small team that is part of a much larger rebellion. Their boss, Carmen, runs the operation and tasks them with infiltrating the Citadel to steal and disrupt the Faculty's operations in any way they can. Many have been lost in the fight against the expansion of this dystopian city, but when a defective Scout from the enemy side arrives, suspicions are aroused, and new information is brought forward with ideas only the devil could conjure.
