Blood. . .
That was the first thing you smelled when you entered through the clans' compound. . . Not only that but it was dead silent. . . That was a bit unusual cause the Itadatsu Clan was known for being rowdy. Out of curiosity, you made your way to the main estate looking for your parents. The look of pure terror washed over you at the sight of your parents slaughtered. You ran over to their limp lifeless bodies and began sobbing.
"No. . . please don't leave me," you cried, "Otou-san. . . Oka-san. . ."
You layed their bodies back down and began heading to your room to pack your things to leave. Once you finished packing, you headed back to the entrance of the compound with an emotionless but determined face. When making it to the entrance, you looked back at your clans compound once more before preceding out of the compound gate.
'As the heiress to the Ikadatsu Clan, I pledge to avenge the lives of my slaughtered brethren by finding the person who did this and show them no mercy,' you thought whilst heading to your next destination. . . Onto the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
