I have originally written this story for NaNoWriMo 2015, and even posted it under a different name and modified to be a fanfiction. I've decided now to publish it as it was originally intended to. Bobbi is an enthusiastic mountaineer who loves the outdoors more than anything. But just before she turns sixteen she decides to climb one of the most difficult mountains there is. The experience is a game changer and she returns home to her family where she has to deal with the aftermath of what happened on the mountain, as well as trying to fit into the high school world drama that is her life now. She is socially awkward and a bit of a freak, but at the same time everyone wants to know the new girl. She falls in love with the school's hottest guy, Sam, at least in her opinion, and to her surprise the feeling is mutual. They soon discover the real people they both keep from the outside world, realizing that opening up to someone can be both liberating but also make one vulnerable. Bobbi's world is turned upside down when life strikes again. The hardship she felt on the mountain is tenfold and Bobbi feels like drowning. Oh, and I was diagnosed with autism a year ago, and I never told anyone. So, there is that. EVEREST PIERCE: I love him. I love Landon Luna without conditions. Without expectations. Without the need for more. And I love him with my entire heart. I wasn't the nicest person in high school. Not to anyone except the ball of bubbly sunshine. The one who waved at me every single day. But I was a goner the moment he said hello to me in my Junior year of high school when he was partnered with me on a project. Now, I need to figure out how to keep my feelings on lockdown through this trip. Because I find myself wanting. I want him, and I don't know that I am worthy enough to have him.

Kane went through something devastating, but had no one to go to. He pretended things were perfectly fine, but when he heard Everest was going away for the summer, he found his way of escaping, and asked his soccer teammate, if he could come. Both running away from something, not wanting to look back, all they wanted was to forget the past and never return, but they knew sooner or a later, they had to, so they decided to make the most of it. { This book is cliché and extremely dramatic, if you don't like that, don't read it. }
