They were always together up until the age 16 where things started to go down hill for the brown haired girl. Skylar then got arrested shortly after seeing her mom and Clarkes farther being floated due to then assaulting the guards on post. Skylar Rhodes after being in isolation for a year came to find out that her farther OD after losing not only his wife but also their daughter.
