After coming into contact with the magical Sea of Dreams, Scarlet-ku-Tzukiglade is left in agony and with confusing nightmares. She crosses the barrier to know whether her dreams are of the lost kingdom on the other side. Instead, she discovers an evil wizard wreaking havoc with a war in an attempt to kill the lost heirs of the two kingdoms. He's turning innocent people into flaming monsters, tearing the kingdom apart soul by soul. 

Scarlet immediately enlists herself to help fight against him, becoming a soldier on a magical and treacherous battlefield. She joins a team to attain a potion to stop the wizard from turning people into his slaves. However,  when Scarlet loses her best friend to the cause, she must realize only she can decide her own worth before the wizard finds the heirs and murders all she ever loved. 

The Sea of Dreams is full of romance, magic, humor, and dragons--a diverse family saga.
