On her first day as a junior in high school in a new town, Meg makes a vow. She won't be the girl that is made fun,second guessed, or talked about. She was going to fit in.
Everything was going well at first,She made friends, auditioned for the musical, and kept her grades up. Then her friends met boys. They fell in love. Now Meg is a loner. Her friends abandoned her. Fitting in isn't working anymore. One night after a fight with her last friend, tragedy strikes. And it's too late to change it now.
