An Angel's Feather: What is it About the Color Blue?

Taking place where humans use their children to bait and fight off the super-human species know as "Plaguers". Turning the world into a vast waste land, the movement is run by a Plaguer dictator and self proclaimed queen on a mission to kill two birds with one stone - cleanse the world of it's discrimination and to gain the ability to feel human emotions after a long family history of genocide. Unbeknownst to others, violence and ritual is the only way she knows how to solve problems. She believes in consuming the right human heart will open up her heart to pure happiness and peace. Being a skilled manipulator and mastermind with a whole Plaguer army gaurding her castle, only one thing stands in her way. A frail human girl - gifted with a heart of pure gold.
