Izuku Midoriya was born with a quirk already manifested, something that had never happened in their society before, and his quirk was powerful enough to gain the attention of the public safety commission. Izuku gets alot of attention and fame even from a young age due to him being a prodigy in every aspect of the word, however not everyone sees him in such a good light.

Izuku was told by many that he would never be a hero, he wasn't strong enough, he was powerless, but he rejects them all he will be powerful, and unlike those with quirks he will craft his strength with his bare hands and use it to break the pillar of this world and stand atop the rubble as the most powerful. So I'm bad with description so I'll go with this. In this story izuku midoriya was born quirkless until the league of villains capture him and then turn izuku into a nomu, giving him multi quirks. Son of two pro heroes is a good thing... normally, but when Izuku goes to the doctor and they can't figure out his quirk he is classified as quirkless. He gets bullied for being 'quirkless' Read and watch as he rises to prove every one who doubted him wrong!

My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.
