Once upon a time, there was a magical world.
Not all fantasy stories start with a 'once upon a time' and end with a 'happily ever after'. Is it really possible for there to be a happy ending? A young adult woman questions this as she leaves her twelve year old brother to go fight in a war that's been raging on for over a century by this point. She reunites with old friends and makes some new ones as the war slowly draws closer to its end. Will she along with her unit be able to find the happy ending everyone can only dream of, or will they watch the last glimmer of hope die out along side them?
