All the colors of the universe
North lights and novas born of explosions
Catastrophe can birth the beautiful.

These stars we stay up to look at
were perhaps grey matters,
Empty specks floating space, sole and lone.
They wander equal lights, to be,
by not choice but forces that pulls into many light years
and a spectrum of beautiful things borne of their collision.

Falling between these wane of days,
The space of the universe and all that fills it
We have Us and a love a little prettier than the stars.
