Soulmates' bond

Wei Ying is dead and Lan Wangji grieves the loss of his soulmate whom he did not have an opportunity to confess his feelings to. Lan Xichen tries to help his brother but it is only years after the death of the Yiling Patriarch that Lan Wangji can feel his soulmate is alive again.
He sets off on a desperate search only to learn that Jiang Wanyin had found his soulmate first and was not too welcoming while keeping the reborn Wei Ying by his side. Of course, Lan Wangji acts immediately and finally takes Wei Ying back to the Cloud Recesses with him.
