She was sitting on the rocky floor now with her back against an uneven wall, and it was trying to pin her down and hold her still. She kept her eyes turned away and struggled helplessly, but it was no use. It was strong like a human man too, and she couldn't keep it off of her. The wings had moved until they curved around them both and shut out a lot of the light. Its face was so near hers that she could feel its breath brushing against her skin. "Please just look at me for a second. Just look. I'm not going to hurt you." One of the hands grabbed her chin and forced her head to turn, and then she was looking straight into a pair of dark brown eyes. It had a human face too. She had been expecting something monstrous or ghastly, and the surprise made her falter for a moment. He looked young, with a bad haircut and an earnest expression on his face. "I'll let go of you, okay? Just don't lunge around like that anymore, you'll get hurt." He whispered.Complete

She said with a frown "Wait here I'll go get my Mama!" George smiled as she ran back through the doors yelling for her Mother. "Belinda Grace! It's not polite to shout indoors! You know that." He heard a familiar voice say, a voice he hadn't heard in around eight years. Scarlett his heart raced almost instantly as the very woman who filled his each and every dream for the past eight years walked out the door and greeted him. She seemed to have gotten even more beautiful if that were even possible. Her red hair no longer was confided to a fancy bun or hairstyle. It now fell past her waist in thick waves free and unruly while her bangs fell into her hauntingly beautiful Gray eyes. This is book one of the series. Jordan shifts slightly in my lap so she can see my face. "Liam, I want you to mark me." She bluntly states and exposes her neck to me, so I can mark her. A wave of confusion comes over me and I tilt my head looking at her. "Are you sure that is what you want?" I look at her neck where my mark should be and feel my canines extending. Jordan simply smiles and nods her head. I readjust our bodies, so she is underneath me. I lean down and softly kiss her lips. The kiss burns my lips and not in the normal mate bond way. I pull away and rub my lips trying to get the sensation to go away. Jordan stares at me with her eyes squinted. I look her over and see nothing short of the perfect mate I am used to, however, something isn't right. Jordan pulls me down closer to her and starts leaving little kisses all over my body. Every place her lips touch immediately burns. I push her away and move towards the bottom of the bed. She sits up and moves to come closer to me. I move away again. "Liam, don't you want to mark me? Don't you want this?" Jordan looks at me pouting. This is when I realize what is going on. I smile and move to her. "Of course, I want to my queen," I coo at her and grab her wrists and pin them behind her head. My hands are burning from touching her, but I fight through it. I start leaving kisses all along her neck and pause where my canines are supposed to sink into her neck. Jordan lets out a throaty moan and I can smell her arousal. I kiss up and towards the middle of her throat. My canines extend and I bite into her throat and rip it out. Her eyes fill with pain and she struggles before the life is finally drained out of her. I drop the muscle and flesh from my mouth and let out a howl of victory.Complete
