18 parts Complete Aiko Fritchzer lives in the town of Thirstians Valley, where poor people and children who grow up without talents and skills are live there.
Aiko grew up in an orphanage, when he was a young, he was trained to cook, do laundry, and do housework, so that when the day comes and he grows up, he will be able to support himself.
Aiko has no talent at all, while children like him live in the ELEMENT KINGDOM, where rich people, business people and royalty live.
All the people who live in ELEMENT KINGDOM have talent and skills, they can cast a spell with a magic wand.
In the ELEMENT KINGDOM, there is an ELEMENT SCHOOL, when the children reach the age of seven, they start to learn magic.
But aiko is different, when he was a child, the sisters saw him floating in the sea. They took aiko and took care of him. When he was seven years old, the sisters tried to bring out his talent and skills, but they were unsuccessful, because Aiko had no talent at all, even skills. So the sisters understands why aiko was thrown in the sea.
Aiko still dreams that one day he will be able to prove that he can cast a spell even though he was not born with talent and skills.
But what is Aiko's destiny? Can he survive in a place where magic is everything?
