[The Scene is set in England because NATIONALITY, deal with it.]Whilst the Paw Patrol enjoy their day, they are unaware of the surrounding world; what's going on and why it's happening. The year is 2017 [just so that the pups don't need to deal with coronavirus] and the Mayor Humdinger has lost 21 races & challenges to adventure bay; after the most recent race, the cycling race, Humdinger declared war on Adventure Bay, a move he would soon regret and couldn't re-think. This is my very first book so please to be too harsh, I only request support or constructive criticism.
