Elyse, also know as the Dark Dragonfly, is the smallest dragon to ever live. Regular dragons could be several tens of meters high but her, she never grew up beyond the size of a whelp despise being a few years old already.
Being the shame of her whole race, forced to hide both from dragons and humans, she crossed the sea and hid for hundreds of years in hope to never have to face any of them again.
But one day, she have to throw away her peaceful life as two humans enter in her nest.

First, there was existence. Then, creation. And finally, life. Organisms started to exist and live on the insignificant planet known as Earth in the middle of a galaxy out of the endless void that is space. Two races gained a gift all other creatures don't have: intelligence. Humanity and Dragonkind. Dragonkind was gifted with power and strength, while humanity had dexterity and creativity, always hungry for knowledge. One day a fireball crashed in the forest and a little biped like in my dreams was crying. I brought it home secretly so that it would not cry anymore. I didn't want mom to find my human doll! It will take a lot of ingenuity and courage for our little dragoness to survive in our modern world in the age of the internet and find her dragon mom captured by soldiers. She will have to learn a lot, hide from new enemies and make allies if she ever wants to find her. She will also have to make terrible choices too early and too hard for 6 year olds.
