I'm sorry to tell you this, I wish it wasn't me who had to break the hard truth to you, but I have no choice. No one else is ready to tell the truth, but the truth must be said. Demons walk the earth. Most of the wild animal attacks you hear about, are not caused by animals. Demons are the things of nightmares. Some rotted, with decaying flesh hanging by strings of their unholy evil bodies. However, there are some that may seem like real humans. Humans that you would invite over to your house for dinner. Deceptive creatures they are. Killing those who they either find disgusting or fun.
And that is where we come in, the Hunters. Beings born of man, but not human. We wield the power of Ancients that once sealed the Gates of Hell for over twelve centuries. But like any seal, it will crack and break. With our power and strength, we hope to eradicate the demons left on this earth so that we may be ready for war. That day may be tomorrow or another century from now. All we know is that it will happen, and if we're not ready for it, we will all die.
My name is Christopher. And this is my story.
