When Alex Martino's family wins the lottery and her parents decide to ship her to The Jefferson School while they tour the country, saying she wasn't prepared would be an understatement. Short, curvy, a Brooklyn accent, and a sharp tongue isn't exactly the people of The Jefferson School, which is exactly why Pretty Boy John chooses her as this years girl. With a troubled passed and the consistent line of girls after him, John chooses a girl every year, plays with them until they fall for him, and then dumps them. Alex isn't going to fall so easily, and is going to be his toughest challenge yet. Will she stand tall and hold her own, or fall hard for his kisses? Only time, a few love triangles, a tragic accident, and some extreme clumsiness will tell.

After being expelled from his previous school, Jayden Hayes, a boy whose personality is almost as troublesome as his traumatic past, is sent off to an all boys boarding school, where he meets his almost as troublesome roommate, Ashton Creed. As Jayden struggles to get over his trauma, he finds an odd comfort in the daily arguments, or the subtle teasing, that happens with Ashton. Soon enough, he realizes that what he feels might be a little more than friendship. And that scares the shit out of him.
