(This is a rewrite/alternate universe of season 3 and the beginning of my headcanon series!)
Kion now scarred and fighting for his life after the battle for the Pride Lands and the defeat of Scar; his friends desperately trying to bring him to his only hope of survival, a mystical and far-off place called the Tree of Life and a certain member of the group holding onto a long kept secret that had arisen more from the potential loss they may face before their journey is complete.
Follow along with the Lion Guard as they make this journey of life and death, determined to keep their friend alive no matter the cost. Will they stay true to their mission, or will they falter when Kion starts to become something he's not and will a long-kept childhood secret finally be revealed when faced with a lone cheetah and a future lioness Queen?
