I jolted out of my sleep. Startled by my ringtone.
I blink my eyes to get rid of my blurry vision. As I stretch a yawn escapes my mouth.

I turn towards my phone and see dom's name pop up. What the hell is she calling for? I grab my phone to see it says 2:00 am. I roll my eyes and push the green button. The phone connects as I push it to my ear. " Athena listen and don't talk. I want you to know I love you and that this isn't your fault. I'm trying to-...I've tried to hold on but I...I can't," she says sobbing and hiccuping into the phone.
" Take a deep breathe. Ok? Hold on...are you...are you talking about killing yourself?look... I love you to. So much more then you realize. Whatever your going through will get better and I will be there every step of the way.Stay on the phone. I'm on my way" I say putting on pink my crocs and zip up jacket. I close my house door not bothering to lock it.

The "Please..." I hear her whimper and I go into full panic mode. "Calm down, okay? Deep breaths. Don't hang up. I'll be with you soon. Where are you?" I rush as I grab the car key sitting on the glass table. I run into the garage with my dad behind me. "What do you need?" Dad asks "A room. A big one." He runs back inside as I hear her voice again.
