Toby was a feral cat, an ownerless cat that could die on that day fortunately brought home by Mask. Although followed the order, he also sympathized with the unruly cat. Don't know how long or when he already fell in love.
After so much time, Toby finally accepts Masky's love, but couldn't be happy with him for life. In the end, not wanting to be the one left behind, he chose to follow in Mask's footsteps.
Life still has to go, can only wait for the next life to reciprocate this love.
