I had many ideas in the quirk ideas for whole stories, but I'm too lazy to make full books about each, so one-shot it is!
Also, Izuku's actions may not be the same as the show, nor may any other characters.
Why?
Because I like it that way.
You could also take it as a quirk demonstration on a few quirks, and ways to use them even if some parts of the quirks are ignored since the idea in the first place was that the quirks can be changed as the writer wishes.
One small addition: I may put two of my OC's against each other, in which case I'll write the OC number instead of the quirk numbers.

With nothing left to lose, one might say that killing oneself might be the best option, but what if that doesn't work? The Surge Within
Izuku Midoriya was born into a world where 80% of globe had special abilities- Mainly known as Quirks. But Izuku wasn't part of that special 80%. You see, the rest of the population didn't have powers at all, as these 20% of people were, what people call: Quirkless. And Izuku was one of them. I might make it a harem or keep it a nice and simple relation between MC and a girl (Don't even think I'll add yaoi in this, or any of my stories). Also, there will be no genderbend like in my previous work, so, all those genderbend haters, breath a sigh of relief. No female Bakugou and stuff. About the language, yeah I will be pretty loose while using appropriate language for certain people or certain situations. Alright, make this an almost completely OC Midoriya fic.. P.S.
