Cuando Alexei Romanov se muda a los Estados Unidos está preparado para soportar cualquier tipo de discriminación, con tal de que su madre reciba tratamiento contra el cáncer de mama en  uno de los mejores centro oncólogos de Texas, lo que si le sorprende es encontrar amistades allí y que, una de ellas sea lo suficientemente agradable para romper la coraza de acero que protege su corazón e incrustarse en el tejido de ese músculo.

Clare, es todo un amor y tiene un corazón tan grande que todo el mundo cabría allí, lejos de ser una virtud a Alexei le parece un defecto, pues, con experiencia, reconoce la maldad que contamina al mundo. 

Y eso es, precisamente, lo que le hace levitar hacia ella como un perdido enamorado. No obstante hay algo que le impide dar un paso: Ben Armstrong, su novio.

Quiero agradecerte a ti, por tomarte el tiempo y leer este abrebocas. Quise hacer algo diferente e implementar, a la vez, algo cliché.  No pretendo, como en ninguna de mis historias, discriminar a nadie. No obstante, estaré plantando cosas que considero, según mi criterio, esenciales. Quiero que recuerden que estamos en el siglo XXI y que el mundo avanza y con ello La sociedad. La evolución es inevitable y así ha sido toda la existencia. Considero ruin la discriminación social, cultural, económica, religiosa y otras...

Reafirmo, necesitamos unirnos y luchar por un mundo mejor, ¡ya basta de juzgar!
