Chuuya is angry. No, not angry, furious. Why? Because he's stuck in a school in the middle of Paris with a mackerel and is positivly ready to murder someone. Not to mention, the stupid idiots of villains and the naive and obivious identities of the 'miraculous holders'. And now he's stuck in a pit of tar waist deep, figuratively, of course. Shit.
Dazai is an inhumane creature in the skin of a human. manipulation is second nature to him, unlike chuuya who is blunt and honest to a fault. What happens when he is faced with the naive humans of the miraculous city of paris? Not to mention the slug who came along insisting he's the most annoying human in the world.

In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil.
