JJ Maybank Kook Life | Jackson "JJ" Genrette | "The Genrette's Curse"
Here's the thing about the Outer Banks: there's two sides to this place. The Cut, and Figure Eight. Pogues versus Kooks. And trust me, the line between the two? It's about as deep as the ocean. Me? I'm Y/N Routledge. 17. John B's little sister. Which automatically makes me a Pogue. We don't have money, we don't have fancy boats or vacation houses, but we've got each other. And that's enough. Then there's Jackson Genrette. Jackson. A Kook. He's got the parents, the money, the privilege, everything handed to him since the start. Best friends with Rafe Cameron, which should tell you everything you need to know. Arrogant. Reckless. Infuriating. And if there's one person I swore I'd never get tangled up with, it's him. But the thing about the Outer Banks? Nothing ever goes the way you think it will. But that summer, the lines began to blur. And sometimes, the person you swear you hate most is the one you can't stay away from. **This story can also be found on my TikTok account as well with many others!!!!** TikTok: @obxstoriess_p4lComplete

CHERRY WAVES|JJ maybank|
daphne harris was born a kook, but raised as a pogue. she doesn't really have a 'family' as people call it. her dad abused her mom all her life. her mom ended up leaving and completely abandoning her child to save her own ass, but hey, can you blame her? for the last two years, she's been crashing with her best friends, john b and kiara, she usually was at john b's. surprisingly, she's happy with her life. living as a pogue, going on so many amazing adventures. the pogues were her family. but there was one boy in particular who she had always had a thing for. it grew the more he showed how much he cared and loved her. although, he never purposefully showed he gave a crap about her. he was always mean to her but when he did unintentionally show he did somewhat care, it made daphne like him more but at the same time, hate him. his family and her family are the same. no mom, and an abusive dad. she fell for him, and him? well, she doesn't know how he feels. she doesn't want to ruin it or make it worse. pogues number one rule, is no pogue on pogue macking. will that rule be broken? obx - season 1 start: february 24th 2023 finish:Complete

Unbreakable | JJ Maybank
THIS IS BOOK 1 & 2 'At a point in the life of a pogue, you stop counting dollars and starts to value memories and people.' This story is for everyone unhappy with season 4's ending. A story of all the drama that could follow JJ without the treasure hunting. ----------------------------------- Callie finds herself standing at the edge of everything she thought she'd left behind. She never saw herself return to the Outer Banks. Callie reconnects with her old friends. Her crew of beach bums, thrill-seekers, and dreamers. And maybe most of all she gets to meet JJ again. As they spend time together, the connection between Callie and JJ deepens into something neither of them expected. Only one problem: No pogue on pogue macking. They hope to be able to figure this relationship out in secret, but in the Outer Banks, nothing stays hidden for long. Callie learns that loving someone means risking not just her plans but her heart. As tensions rise and old wounds resurface, Callie is forced to confront the fragile threads holding her world together and drama seems to follow her around. Can she keep her head above water, or will this summer take her under? In this story I try to capture the wild, messy beauty of falling for someone you can't seem to let go. *Includes mature content such as mental health, sexual mentions, violence and more.* *This story will not follow the plot of the Outer Banks series* *I only own my character and her story* [ fem oc x jj maybank ]Complete
