He was born with a quirk and will have a harem. Mirko the rabbit hero will be aged down and replace Mineta in class 1-A.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. Izuku Mugen:The Chaos of Infinite
Izuku Mugen, formally Yagi never had a happy life. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, died before he was born. His mother, Inko(Xtreme) married Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and had a daughter called Izumi. He smiled with his sister, but that was until they reach 4. Izumi had her mother Quirk, while he was quikless. His mother, step father, his sister, along with her friends(1A) started to bully him. The only ones who care for him were Enji, Rei, Fuyumi, Touya, Natsuo, Shota, Emi, Gran Torino, Recovery Girl, Hizashi Yamada, Nighteye, Nemuri and 1A parents. One day he couldn't taken anymore and run away from his tormentors, but got kidnapped by Doctor Eggman at the age of 12. For 2 years he experimented on Izuku, turning him into a weapon. Izuku managed to escape, but didn't kill Eggman. He forgive him after he learn why he becomes like this. Now, Izuku Mugen became The Vigiliante Infinite and unleashed his power on Villains and fake Heroes that are only for money and fame.Complete
The Bitterness of Reality
This is the story of a neglected Izuku Yagi the son of Toshinori Yagi (All Might) and Inko Yagi (Psistorm) who is the brother of Izuma Yagi. Falsely diagnosed as quirkless due to a lab error Izuku Yagi spends the first 3 years after the age of 4 being bullied and tormented by his friends and neglected by his parents who only spend time with his brother Izuma Yagi, only his brother who still cares and continues to be there for him. However, soon Izuku shall meet a kid that will change his life for the better as Izuku will discover that he wasn't ever quirkless. Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? It would've been years before they come face-to-face with their lost former family member.
