Those were the words that broke Izuku. After that he hated heroes and stopped aspiring to be one, he lost the only thing that gave him hope in this world and he slowly fell into depression, then his mother passed away due to a villain incident which only dragged him further into his depression, during his years in high school and college he was bullied and beaten up by students and teachers. Even though he had good grades and graduated he was never hired at any jobs. He ended up working at a convenience store and the store was always robed every single day and the hero's nor the police would help. he eventually gave up on the world, he decided that it's not worth living on this world and wanted it all to end, so he climbed up to the tallest building within view and was getting ready to jump eventually police surrounded the building with hero's called to the scene to stop Izuku from jumping, without flinching he closed his eyes and jumped he had nothing to stop him from jumping and had no second thought, then suddenly he realized he stopped as he opened his eyes and saw her.

From Vigilante to Hero (Vigilante Izuku Fanfic) (Discontinue & being rewritten)
Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.Complete

Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering.
