When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try. I love feedback so comment on anything and everything, and correct me if you think I'm wrong. Be warned, there maybe smut but it is minimal. #1 Zelink OH MY HYLIA! THANKS!

It's been 5 years since the end of the Calamity, and all is well in Hyrule. Zelda and Link have settled comfortably into their new lives - Zelda as Queen, and Link as her right hand. But when a marriage offer arrives from a nearby Kingdom, they will both have to decide what it is they each truly want... for themselves, and for the future of Hyrule. ~ ~ ~ Post-BOTW, Zelink, short and fluffy, from both Zelda and Link's POV. The boy doesn't like any of these, heading outside Zora's Domain to have alone time. After speaking to the mysterious musical scarecrow he hears that he can meet his darker counterpart. It's a princess's dream to be swooped away by her knight in shining armour, but for Zelda, this knight has to be a prince as well, in order to follow the King's rules. Link and Zelda's love is put at stake when trust and loyalty are tested. Can the two break through the laws to pursue their love, or will they give in and follow the path chosen for them? Nintendo own the characters of Link and Zelda, as well as the location of Hyrule and Hateno Village, but the rest of the character are all my own, as well as... the other location. And as if that isn't hard enough, there seems to be a new threat that they will need to face. **This story takes place directly after Breath of the Wild and has no link to Tears of the Kingdom.
