Destiny Makers are deities who ensure our fates go as planned. One of them is sassy, happy-go-lucky Wanda Tidal who slacks off work and ends up messing up some destinies of humans. As punishment, she has been sent to Earth and turned into a human for a nearly impossible mission -- making cold-hearted celebrity, Tyrone Kipper, overcome his demons and learn what it means to love.
