One night Tsukishima confesses everything. But things go downhill as he gets taken to the hospital.
After a while of being in a coma Tsukishima arrives back at school, trying to be less toxic and better than ever.
Some time later after things got back to normal, Tsukishima started to feel things toward Yamaguchi. But he isn't gay. Right?
