After being cast out from the world of Countries, USSR is forced to live in the Human World. He was told that he wasn't alone though, and that many other people like him had also been thrown out.
Soviet wouldn't have any trouble finding some of these countries...but he would find it difficult to cope with them. And understand one in particular.
