After being cast out from the world of Countries, USSR is forced to live in the Human World. He was told that he wasn't alone though, and that many other people like him had also been thrown out.
Soviet wouldn't have any trouble finding some of these countries...but he would find it difficult to cope with them. And understand one in particular.

North Korea finds himself in a new school. At first, he doesn't mind because his friends are going there as well. But then he realizes something. Something he doesn't like very much. His brother attends the same school. South Korea is very annoying and is always trying to be around his brother. On top of that, he's friends with that pesky and annoying American. As long as North avoids and ignores South he can make it through school without any conflict. Even if he does, China, Soviet, and Russia will jump to his aid. Russia is dating America however, so if there's conflict between North Korea and America, Russia might remain nuetral. North's hatred for his brother only continues to grow when he's around him. But soon he finds himself wanting to spend more time with him... Can North and South Korea repair their relationship with each other? But what if, the inner is the baddest and the outside are the rebellious groups. A young mafia leader, America. Goes into great adventures, specifically, around the parts of other gang. He meets the Legendary Serial Killer, ShapeShifter. Instead of killing the young boy, he keeps an eye of the boy, his mortal enemy. So as America's father says. America soon gets attached to the Killer hanging around.
